About Us:
Ibstock Town Cricket & Social Club is a vibrant community hub offering a welcoming safe family atmosphere for members and guests. Following the resignation of our current Bar Steward for family reasons, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar Steward to join our team and help deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing a warm welcoming environment.
Manage daily bar operations, ensuring a smooth service and compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed.
Hiring, training and managing bar & cleaning staff.
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Support Club events and liaise with Committee members to identify improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent customer service skills and a welcoming positive attitude.
Previous bar experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Knowledge of bar stock management and cleanliness
Full driving licence and CRB check required.
